This CPU uses the Argon (Model 1) core. The CPU has 64 kB 2-way set assiciative code and 64 kB 2-way associative data cache. The card module has 512 kB L2 backside cache running at 250 MHz. Extended MMX and extended 3DNow! instruction set is supported.
The photo shows the card module which is usually inside a package with cooler. The notation on the CPU states K7650 that suggests a 650 MHz rating. However the CPU was sold as 500 MHz Athlon.
