This card is configured by software.
This card was sold by CPS Computer Distribution GmbH Hamburg as Sound Blaster 2.5. The FCC-ID was covered by fitting green color and the main Aztech chip was covered with a CPS sticker. For the end user the card was technically better than a regular Creative Soundblaster 2 since it supports also configuration by software, mixer, bass/treble, CD-ROM support.

The Aztech Sound Galaxy NX2 is a Sound Blaster compatible card with an internal DSP revision of 2.01, supporting playback at 44.1 kHz 8 bit mono. It brings a real Yamaha OPL2, resource configuration by software using an EEPROM, a mixer on the card, bass/treble settings, CD-ROM support. The card can be configured to hear on the ISA bus for output targeted for Covox Speech Thing/Disney Sound Source, that is then played through the sound card.

CPS Sound Blaster 2.5 Driver Disks and Multimedia Vision CD
The CPS tools are just rebranded versions of the Aztech programs. On Disk 1 are the main tools and the installer. On Disk 2 there is Talking Blaster Junior. Disk 3 is mainly demo songs, Allegro and VOC386.

Thanks to S. Ellering for providing working disks (my own disk 1 had a read error).

Since the CPS Sound Blaster 2.5 is a rebranded Aztech Sound Galaxy NX II, the Aztech software works as well:
