This mainboard was used in the Highscreen 386SX-16 series III systems from the german company Vobis. The CPU is soldered on board which is common for 386SX systems.
The board has a free socket for a FPU with optional sync./async. operation. A Dallas DS1287 clock+battery chip is used to buffer the CMOS. The BIOS is from Phoenix.
