The Rage Pro has a new triangle setup engine, improvements in perspective correction, fog support, transparency implementation, specular lighting and DVD support. It supports also AGP features like texturing and pipelining. Performance is compareable to NVidia Riva128.
The Turbo notation on the chip is just marketing and there is no difference to a chip without Turbo printed on top.
The Rage Pro has ATI CIF support (ATIs own proprietary 3D rendering API).

Quality is good. There is rarely a stutter in sound playback but overall ok.
I used the same driver package as for the Rage 128.
DVD Menu worked, no problems with PAL resolutions.
