Highly integrated late soundcard. Similar to Terratec Base-1.
Radio Module was named Highscreen Radio Boostar. It is unclear if the Terratec ActiveRadio extension for the Base-1 fits on the same connector.
The empty chip locations indicate that there might have been a card version with the AdMOS QDSP QS1000 wavetable.

The 'Preissturz' (price drop) indicates that the card was already available earlier at a higher price.
Also notable is that the Highscreen Sound-Boostar 32 Wave 3D is mentioned at a price of 119,- DM as card with a 1 MB wave table. This is likely the version with AdMOS QDSP 1000 wave table.
